Room 7005. Family room with 2 queen beds and with kid slides and theme etc.
Room is clean. Service is prompt when requested.
Asked for room extension due to late flight. Hotel staff allow it for free. Good.
Can avoid the morning breakfast in hotel. Outside of hotel you can also get many types of foods and restaurants.
The lift got rubbish smell. They went to spray some perfume in it to cover the smell.
Quite area near to 2 malls 骏壹广场and 融创茂（sunac mall) by Didi Avg 10+ to 30 RMB.
Things to note is some of the children pillow cushions got stains and the sleeping pillow looks soft and thin.

前台服务还不错，附近的很多吃的。但是 但是 但是清洁真的很令人堪忧！！！一进去厕所墙上很大一摊的污渍，不认真看我以为发生**，喷射性的在墙上和浴缸旁！！！打给前台，前台叫了阿姨上来清洁。我心想就一晚，也就算了。
但是，晚上居然可以热醒，房间的冷气是坏的。无论我怎么调温度一直在25C+++ 又热又焗。三更半夜小孩热到哭，根本没法睡。
打给前台回覆我说，中央冷气，没办法弄。
之后再打给，打才找工程部的弄。
好不容易到天亮，去吃早餐。 强收我一个117的孩子早餐费也就算了，居然 早餐只有面和几个像是别人剩下的荷包蛋和蛋卷。 咖啡机居然也是没人清洗。要用居然显示咖啡渣满，须更换。我也是服了。
真不知道是我运气好这都能让我遇到，还是之前的评论都是违心的。

每次来花都，都会入住这酒店，因为就在花都广场地铁站口，很喜欢这酒店的设备完善，有浴袍，亦有自助洗衣机，十分推荐入住。
