到酒店本来就挺晚的，快十二点了，结果十二点多收拾完准备睡觉的时候发现镜子灯关不了，打电话前台，前台让保安来看看，结果也还是关不了，让换间房，等保安处理加等房卡20分钟都过去了，什么没有应急方案、为什么平时没有检修，真是无语！
早上退房前台女士问我住的怎么样？我説一般，她也没搭理我，难道不是我説一般后需要追问我是什么原因让我觉得一般吗？结果人家就不説话了
哎，真是非常不愉快的体验！

环境很漂亮，房间里面非常乾净，衞生间乾湿分离，前台范露很热情，服务周到，大堂还有自助零食茶水，外卖也有机器人送到房间

酒店环境不错哦，大堂有休息区坐，还有免费的小零食跟水果茶，自助咖啡机也不错，点外卖还有机器人配送到房间，非常方便，还有就是前台崔珊婷服务很热情

美仑国际非常不错哦，酒店大堂有自助咖啡机，果脯红冲，果茶非常好喝。免费的停车场也非常方便。二楼的自助洗衣房，洗烘都很便捷，特别是崔珊婷服务态度非常热情，强烈推荐！！
