衞生乾净整洁，阿姨和蔼可亲，打扫得挺乾净的，小阳台虽小但是还是很实用的，环境比较安静，还是比较实惠的，给外出度假的人推荐！

前台小姐姐很好。酒店旁边的海鲜城吃饭很不错，步行到荔湖公园十分钟左右。旁边的增江画廊及人工沙滩也很美。酒店位置很好，下次再来还会再入住。

超级无敌大差评！！！！昨晚临时定的酒店，睡了一晚腿上起了俩个大包。打电话给前台後她给了酒店经理的联系方式，但经理一直没接电话，不知道怎麽处理了，给个差评先！

每次来增城 都是入住这家酒店 乾净 衞生 早餐很好吃，前台工作人员也挺好的，因入住房间灯不全亮，工作人员耐心陪同挑到了合适的房间。还好

Large and quiet room, good location as it’s not far from the lake. There is a restaurant down below. Check in/out was smooth. Had a problem with the tv/internet not working, they did quickly take care of the problem and got it working. However the tv brightness was so dark you can even tell who is who in most movies. It made it really difficult to watch anything at all, and they said they could not fix that problem. The window has no latch to keep the window sealed shut, therefore it’s got a small gap and the AC cannot keep the room cold. We woke up sweating. The hotel is nice and spacious but it’s old and it needs improvements. Shower temperature and pressure was good. Shower drained well. Free parking is nice too ????
