先说优点：
地点是真的不错，对面路的高第西鞋街直走，到专卖内衣的高第街尾，就是北京路的中心。
价格在广州也算实惠，而且都给小罐洗漱用品，不跟别人共用不知道多久的大瓶备品值得推荐。
说缺点：
1.可能年代久了，要进公寓的小路跟上公寓的楼梯真的挺脏的，早班的警卫会主动帮忙提行李，晚班的就默默的坐在位置上上班。
2.早班的小美女态度和蔼，小厅座位不足还会借你椅子坐，晚班的小哥就差了点，可能上晚班累吧所以脸色不太好。
3.我晚到的时候，说了我订房有留下要求，不要角落房，要无烟房，我一定要乾净的房，结果这小哥给我最后一间房，告诉我这是最后面不是角落，看来我跟他的中文认知不同，只能勉强上楼，结果门一打开我以为我进了烟房，这点我就真的无法接受，请他换房给我，如果没办法我就不住了，后来换了斜对面的，房型小一点没关系没有臭烟味就好。
4.房间的乾净度真的不太行，起码我真觉得不行，可能开业太多年了，椅子上还有前位住客留下来的饼乾屑，我最怕的是浴室各处的污垢，我看房务整理的很认真，但可能清洁用品不足，所以太多地方就是污垢发霉。
5.那张电梯卡不知道经历多少岁月，老板真应该换新了，我拿在手上真的不太舒服。

公寓位于广州市解放南路繁华的商贸中心，酒店地理位置优越，距离海珠广场地铁站B1口仅有握手之遥，步行至广州医科大学附属医院8分钟，到广东省中医院 （大德路总院）10分钟；酒店毗邻北京路步行街、海珠广场、公园前、广百百货、天河城百货、万菱广场、石室圣心大教堂、天字码头、广州大佛寺、越秀公园、出入境中心、珠江边等着名地标；酒店周边交通极为便利，完全适宜商务、旅行、购物等穿梭各地人士的选择。很适合带孩子的家庭，有洗衣机，挂衣服的地方，房间有空调也可以开窗。楼顶层有桌球室健身房，夜晚顶台景色绝佳。

房间设施齐全，比别的酒店多洗衣机和油烟机。出行方便，附近有很多知名的景点，基本上步行或骑行可达，地铁站也不远。服务很贴心，前台备有景点导游图。

酒店距离地铁站大约10分钟，北京路步行街15分钟，大教堂10分钟。出入都很方便。房间备有洗衣机+烘乾机，给长途旅客很好的便利。酒店附近有点心楼，便利店。很值得入住。

柜枱人员服务很好又亲切，酒店附近靠近一些餐馆想吃东西还是很方便的。酒店徒步去北京路也十多分钟就到了，整体来説酒店不错下次去广州还是会预订这酒店。
The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to several restaurants, making it convenient to find places to eat. It's also about a ten-minute walk to Beijing Road. Overall, the hotel is good and I would book it again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

Not easy to find as the entrance is at the side. There is a KFC.at the front. The outside walkway is messy and difficult to walk as many e bikes and bicycles use it as well. Got to be very careful not to be knocked by one of them.
The room is not so clean and the lifts smelled of cigarette smokes.

位置方便，房间整洁干净，设备齐全，最重要是有一部清洗+烘干的洗衣机，有提供洗衣液，十分好用，不用晾干，快捷方便。非常赞赞赞！
