入住泊客心饼公寓天河城店，位置很方便，离天河城和地铁站都很近。房间乾净整洁，设施齐全，性价比很高。
前台小英服务态度特别好！那天晚上才发现订单重复了，她积极提供帮助以及谘询主管， 最后很快得到帮助及解决，整个聊天过程超级耐心。
真的给本次住宿加了很多分！下次来广州还会选择这里，强烈推荐给大家～

Its great hotel, its directly connected to the mall in lower levels and metro station :) there is good metro connection with city center but it takes a while to get there aprox 45-50 min.

Service was very good, when something was wrong they try to fix it as much as they can. The towels were not clean but overall the room is very nice and in a very convenient location directly above metro

位置超赞！公寓七楼还有个空中花园，超多拍照打卡的，购物超方便，前台小英服务热情，性价比拉满，房间云端视野绝了，整洁设施新，步行可达地铁站，出差旅游首选，值得推荐～

因为坐高铁到广州南站，选择了坐落在番禺天河城商场附近的酒店式公寓，楼下购物交通便利，番禺天河城是整个地区新的地标商场。接待处的工作人员热情周到，接待处还免费提供一些旅客可能不方便携带的日用品。
房间是复式LOFT，落地窗可以直接看到远处的城市和山景，客厅显得很宽敞，带一个厨房，各种电器一应俱全，还有熨烫设备。整体居住体验很棒！下次来广州应该还会选择这边。

前台小刘服务态度很好，帮我们一家人尽量安排在了同一层，很不错，房间很干净！孩子在广州求学，这次是为孩子过18岁生日来的。特意找了这家，复式房间特别适合庆生用。空间大，家人都非常满意，性价比非常高！

前台小覃服务非常热情，也很细心，有事呼叫及时回覆，还帮忙打印了小朋友的作业。酒店设施完善，干净清爽。最赞的loft的还有两个床，无论是家庭出游还是情侣都很是不错的选择。首先是出行方便，酒店就在商场楼上。其实是吃逛，吃的很多，逛街就更方便了挨着几个大商场。

房间是复式楼，干净卫生，周边商圈也很多，楼下就是天河城商场，对面是万达，外往前是四海城，非常好逛，我们是亲子出游，坐地铁到长隆也很方便，门口打车也可以10分钟就到，前台小覃很热情，因为带着孩子，中间中途还给换了双床的房型，服务特别周到，非常棒????

国庆临时决定跟朋友到广州游玩，国庆期间这个价格可以预订到3-4人住的房间性价比很高，房间跟连结宣传图基本上是一致的，虽然住在22楼，但是水压什么的都很足，网速也可以；面积也不小，
合适2-4人旅游入住，
设施：公寓式，基本上需要的都有，连挂烫机都具备
卫生：没有烟味，洗漱用品全
服务：服务很热情
地理位置非常优越，在地铁站上的大厦，很近很近，出行方便，很近南站
当然，不足的是大楼是商住两用，人流量相对会复杂一点，无可避免，总的来说挺不错的，有机会的话会再订房间的。
