暑假带孩子来广州玩，选择了颐和商务酒店。出行很方便，离地铁站步行5分钟，周边有广州地道小吃。酒店前台看到带小孩入住，升级了房间，孩子一进房就很开心，晚上还给孩子送来礼物，为酒店服务点赞??。房间干净，景观好，大堂有免费茶水和小饼干。二楼餐厅菜式多，味道好。来广州选择颐和商务酒店，强烈推荐给大家！

I know the hotel from 13 years ago, before many years very good, but now really the owner need think again, the furniture very old and the smell very bad in the room, also no clear information about the room from pictures business room but from what i find room by 2 bed and extra bed, also the building now have apartment for live, for me i cancel this hotel from my list ????

Comfortable, but windows don't open. Helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like was that a black woman was shouting and singing loudly in the lobby and staff didn't do anything. Was extremely annoying

The rooms need to be refurbished. I think tkis a 2 stat hotel. employees are kind but the rooms need an up lift for a 4 star standard.
