很晚才订了这家酒店入住，酒店新开了，很新很时尚。各种配套都是还不错的，就是房间隔音不太好 ，大晚上12点半外面卸货钢铁还是怎麽样惊醒了。迷你吧-可乐·七喜:和水都有免费品嚐。

2025年11月23日入住5晚。宜致酒店位置相当便利，距离北京路步行不到20分钟，离地铁站“团一大广场”仅6分钟步程，外出非常方便。
早餐仅需19元人民币，价格十分实惠，且热心的员工额外赠送了两次免费早餐券。洗衣服务可免费使用，配有洗衣机和烘乾机各两台。酒店设有24小时健身房，但需穿过健身房才能进入洗衣区。
仅有一个希望改进之处：希望能彻底落实室内禁烟规定。目前至少酒店一楼的会议室允许吸烟，导致烟草气味不时飘散至其他区域（包括健身房和洗衣区）。除此之外体验非常满意，房间每日有人清扫，始终保持整洁。

Refurbished in an old town. Externally are all the old houses. BUt inside the hotel looks modern and new. The gym and washer are at the same plae at the end of the hotel. The breakfast nothing to shout about. Can do without. The room is nice. However got to put in the room key to let the air con running even when you are out, because it will be very hot if you did not do that. When i got the key and went into the room it felt like a furnace. The air con can only go to 22 degree even after a day out, but is cool enough. The window cannot be shut completely as there is a mosquito net blocking. But close the curtain and the noise seem ok not much . The seamtress seem helpful too. Quite a nice room. One station away from BeiJing Lu the pedestrain walking street. Mrt about 5 mins away, however the metro got no lift. Is a night mare carrying luggages over the many flight of steps to get out of the metro.

Overall experience: 8/10.
The first impression from our room is perfect. The room looks exactly like the one we saw on the trip.com booking site and reviews of other customers. Which is an impressive thing if you book hotel in China.
The room looks clean and the view ain’t bad.
We love the overhead shower head, the pressure is high and the water temperature is great.
The big smart TV allows screen mirroring from your phone, which is nice!
The staff is nice.
The breakfast choice is limited but enough.

非常失望的一次入住体验，特意来写评价给後来的朋友避坑。衞生情况可看图一进来可以看到没有打扫乾净的房间。其他我详细写写！
1. 房型与描述严重不符： 我在携程上明确预订的是“高级大床房”，满心欢喜地来到酒店，却被告知只有紧邻电梯和楼梯口的房间。所谓的“高级”体现在哪里？难道就是24小时不间断的电梯运行声、旅客的喧哗声和行李箱滚轮声吗？这个房间的位置根本不符合一个“高级”房型应有的安静和私隐标准。
2. 酒店服务态度推诿，毫无解决方案： 向前台明确表示因睡眠轻，无法接受电梯旁的房间後，酒店方仅以“今日满房”为由简单搪塞，既没有表现出任何歉意，也没有主动提出任何有效的解决方案或补偿措施。他们的态度就是：“只有这间，你爱住不住”，将问题完全抛给顾客，处理问题的能力和诚意都非常差。
3. 严重影响睡眠，入住体验为零： 最终因为行程原因无奈入住，果不其然，一夜几乎无眠。每隔几分钟就能听到人员走动声，睡眠质量降到冰点。花着“高级房”的钱，却得到了比经济房还差的体验，感觉受到了欺骗。
4. 後续处理： 最终还是安排的楼梯口，酒店自身的管理和客户服务存在巨大问题。
总结： 这是一家管理混乱、毫无客户关怀意识的酒店。他们不在乎客户的预订预期，也不在乎客户的实际入住体验。除非您对噪音完全免疫，否则强烈不建议选择这家酒店。如果非要订，建议提前打电话强烈要求远离电梯的房间并录音，否则你的“高级房”很可能就是我的同款。
