Our stay at this hotel was a mix of good and bad. The staff were very responsive and tried their best to help, even using a translator and WeChat to communicate, as only one gentleman at reception spoke English. However, we faced several problems: our booking was lost upon arrival, the room was not cleaned properly and had a strong smell of cigarettes. The breakfast was good, but the Wi-Fi was unstable, making it difficult to work at times.

订的影音房果然没踩雷，会员影视库直接拉满幸福感。关上灯，裹紧毯被子，把外界的纷扰都隔绝在外，跟着电影里的情节笑与叹，原来旅行中的慢时光，也能这么有滋有味。

1、衞生堪忧SOS
2、早餐很好，吃到最后有个果子烂掉了，果蔬检查不到位，但是其他品类很不错。
3、晚上九点多入住，前台服务非常好，热情周到，客房出现的任何问题都能即使为客人处理。早上的前台服务人员就显得很拉跨。

房间很整洁乾净，麻雀虽小五脏俱全，整体设计简约大气，配合灯光有种温馨到回家的感觉，洗护当面都很到位，热水的肤感很舒适，花洒头真的选得很好！床铺和枕头也都很舒服，睡上去不会像是陷在棉花里轻飘飘没有实感，感觉像是被一个可靠温暖的怀抱裹住，这段时间睡觉一直做梦，但这一个晚上竟然睡得踏踏实实，好幸福！服务很好，特别到位，前台小姐姐特别友善。各方各麪整合，真的会让我下次来广州还住这家酒店！！！
