因为停车票的问题，酒店只提供一次进出酒店的停车，如果一天多次进入酒店，多余的部分需要我们用户自己买单，经跟酒店商量无果；再说房间，对于经常住维也纳酒店用户感觉到了服务下降的意思，跟之前的相比真的差距蛮大，维也纳一直标榜自己四星级的酒店提供五星级的服务，但是服务在哪里，连一个停车票都处理不好，所以那之后基本就不会选择维也纳啦，真的很期待能有一些改观，毕竟之前还是蛮喜欢维也纳滴。
