The location suited us perfectly, situated in the midst of local community with many little eateries and shops. There is a mall and subway station 5 minutes walk away. Taigucang Wharf, a lively area to visit at night and where we boarded the Pearl River Cruise, is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Our rooms were cleaned well daily by the courteous and helpful housekeeping lady (7th floor). It is a newly opened hotel and the facilities and equipment are clean and new. I would have liked to end my review here but there were some areas for improvement.
Where it falls short ...
1. We arrived at 6:00pm but were unable to check-in as our rooms had only just been vacated by the previous guests. Whilst it was explained that Atour members are entitled to a late check-out of 6:00pm, this arrangement seems to disadvantage other guests who are only able to check in past 7:00pm (reception informed us that cleaning would take another hour from 6:00pm). Given the situation, there was no apology nor where any other offers made to compensate for this situation (for instance, breakfast or other forms of service recovery). Reception offered an alternative room that was available to be used immediately but it clearly wasn't the level of what I had originally booked and paid for, which was the privilege king room. As our elderly parents were very tired from travelling that day, I accepted one of the offered rooms so that they wouldn't need to wait another hour for the use of a room.
2. Service as a whole needs tightening up. Some staff were helpful and friendly (housekeeping, breakfast room, one or two male front reception staff) whilst others were more pre-occupied with themselves. Aside from exuberantly introducing the Atour membership to us on arrival, we just as quickly received very disinterested attention once it was clear we were not going to sign up for membership. There was very little acknowledgement of guests leaving and entering the hotel as well, which sharply contrasted with the warm service by Atour reception in Chongqing. On one occasion, as I was about to enter the lift (there were no other guests waiting and the lift was empty), a female staff rudely barged in before I could even enter. From her attire, she would have likely been a staff from reception or front of the house. This behaviour reflects very poorly on the service levels of the hotel.
I hope that hotel management can improve the training of the staff as a whole. And also consider ways to manage the availability of rooms whilst honouring the later check-out time of Atour members. With these improvements, the hotel will definitely attain a better level of guest satisfaction.

大堂很温馨，前台小姐姐很热情，办理入住很快，房间乾净明亮，床和枕头都很舒服，网速稳定，空调安静，浴室乾湿分离，水压很足，早餐种类多，味道也不错，整体体验很满意。

面壁沙发有点奇怪_（:з」∠）_
布局不太合理，桌子椅子为什麽不放在落地窗那一侧，房型很大但比较奇怪。
房间隔音差，虽然不临街在小区里很安静，但隔壁房凌晨一点多还在吵架????听的一清二楚
服务很好，洗衣也会洗好送回房间

和朋友喝早茶选这家亚朵太对了！位置近超方便，前台小姐姐态度超友好，还主动送早餐、帮忙延迟退房，贴心又给力。房间乾净整洁，床品柔软很好睡觉亚朵这个不错，衞浴用品齐全品质高，公共区域安静雅致，周边配套也便利有商场还有喝茶的地方，整体体验超棒，下次还来！
