Room service was good, location is slightly far from the train stations (about 5-10 min walk). Afternoon tea was OK, just some light refreshments. Room was slightly noisy on the first night due to noisy neighbours, but the other nights were good.

今次入住体验很好， 前台免费升级了高楼层房间 (17楼)，景观开扬，酒店和房间很新及整洁。前台服务一流，打电话通知前台沐浴露用完了，不一会阿姨便送过来。这个价格包早餐，但早餐种类一般，没有咖啡机即冲咖啡，可以改善一下。但整体体验非常满意，酒店位置适中，从地铁站走过来大约六、七分钟左右，也很近北京路步行街。

这家酒店的衞生状况真的太赞了，房间里面每一个角落都乾乾净净，连床地都没有灰尘，床品一客一换摸着特别舒服。衞生间的马桶洗手枱鋥亮，没有一点污渍，设施崭新，空调制冷，制热都很快。电视画面清晰，早餐种类繁多，中西式都有满足不同人的需求，服务人员热情周到，性价比高。

地理位置离北京路很近，走路的距离，但是周边环境吵杂，安排在17楼，以为可以安静一些，谁知房间又不隔音，隔壁打电话一直吵个不停，相邻房间进进出出开门关门的声音巨响，外卖敲其他房间的门总听着像是敲自己的门，害得去开了好几次门。楼道地毯看着脏兮兮的，房间没有柜子，行李箱只能摆放在地上，订房间时要求无烟房，谁知第一天晚上衞生间里能闻到很大的烟味和臭味，把薰香器拿到衞生间后第二天烟味小了，但依然有臭味。楼道保洁阿姨人很好，见面热情。

Location kinda far from Beijing Road shopping street, walking distance 15mins .
Refurbished from a old existing building office-I wouldn’t be choosing this if I were to know earlier
Laundry room basic and full of damp smell.
Morning breakfast nothing much and not pleasant . I unable to have my coffee fix for few days as it serves instant coffee (machine not allowed to be used until 2pm for tea). The lady server not so friendly . Male server is energetic!
