这次体验感还不错，要表扬一下琦琦经理！服务热情周到，做事认真负责，全程体验感拉满。不管是谘询问题还是寻求帮助，都能得到专业又耐心的解答，让人觉得特别舒服。唯一不足的是中央空调不能冷热风置换，白天是很热的。经理马上买了一台风扇。虽然没有什么用，但是态度还是非常好的。以后出差还会选这里，也会推荐给朋友！

酒店大厅很宽敞，一进来有满满的茶香味，闻着很舒服，办理入住等候区空间很大。入住的房间衞生乾净，有沙发桌台方便，能看见江景，酒店位置离小蛮腰不到7km，可以坐地铁也可以打车，地铁站离酒店不远，走路十几分钟，过了马路可以临江看鹅蛋黄的大夕阳，遗憾的是那天有雾，小蛮腰看不大清。

房间很大，电视可以投屏，窗外视野非常好，可以看到广州塔，晚上真的特别漂亮。叫外卖也有机器人送上来，很方便。

The hotel is new and the room was spacious and very comfortable. I hv gotten a free upgrade. I was especially impressed by how well they manage deliveries—there’s a dedicated, organized corner for pickup/drop-off parcels, and even a separate room to store bulky items or parcels. Very organised. Super convenient and efficient. Highly recommended for business trips or retreats.
The only downside is the front entrance pickup/drop-off area can get very congested because many cars park there illegally.
