还算不错的一家酒店，性价比很高，唯一不开心的是有一晚隔壁客人夜里入住，放音乐声音很大，房间隔音不好，听的很清楚，和前台联系以後帮忙提醒了

房间和图片上的不太一样也比我预想的小，去和前台核实房型説没有错就是行政双床，因为我们到的是最晚的加上满房了也没得换。位置是真不错哦，打车去天环和广州塔都非常的近，走的时候还送了一套mini茶具伴手礼，还不错吧！

卫生程度和设施良好，酒店附近没有地铁站，距离重要景点需打车约15-25分钟。服务态度感到失望：我根据酒店提供的入住凭证，入住时间为下午两点後。然而，我於下午三点半左右抵达酒店，并将证件交给前台完成入住手续後，才被告知上一组客人在下午二时才离开。因此，房间尚未完成清洁，未能提供我当时的入住使用。酒店方面建议我先在大堂休息或寄存行李约半小时後再返回办理入住。虽然我理解酒店在此情况下的安排，但我认为，确保准时交房给下一组客人，是酒店的责任。这样才能保障所有客人的权益与住宿体验。曾经我亦在另外一间酒店还过同样情况，但那间酒店会主动提出解决方法，包括询问我是否愿意接受免疫upgrade或於其他空房稍?作休息，当我所选择的房间准备好後就立即安排我给，但这一间酒店完全唔有表示。经trip.com协助後，酒店提供免费早餐作赔偿，但没有致歉。

Amazing view, modern and beautiful property with many restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. The staff was very accommodating and the room was nice. The housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room tidy and orderly every time I returned. They offered coffee and tea at the lobby for free. The only drawback is that the property is not close to the metro station. Overall, it is a great place to stay.
