Overall reasonable for the price. The staff were helpful and the free laundry service is great. Our room had no cellular network connection although free wifi is provided.

位处市区，门口有11号线龙口西站，可以方便的到沿线的各个景区去游玩，附近的美食也不少，有美心西饼，有人气很高的潮发牛肉，外卖还能覆盖到更多选择；
酒店在入口在主路侧面，电梯人不多，上下挺快，大堂在四楼，定的基础房型，升了一档，还是无窗，但是面积更大；
设施：房间内带小冰箱，洗浴水很大，空调也给力；
有沙发区域可以坐，桌子面积不大；
卫生：总体干净整洁，个别问题沟通后很快处理；效率很高；
服务：最满意的地方，前台效率高，微信添加管家后服务响应很快；现在这类酒店洗衣机烘干机已经是标配了，但这家已经把机器人干到除了送外卖，还可以上门收衣服，送回衣服，真正的懒人福音。
入住了好几天，订的时候没开放早餐，前几晚也没开放，后几天开放了没法修改订单，看着比较简洁营养；前台对面有咖啡，有小物品可自取。

出差来广州挖到的宝藏酒店！刚到定位点时小担心了一下，坐着电梯上四楼，电梯门打开的那一刻，简直把我高兴坏了！酒店每一处陈设都精准长在我的心巴巴上，闹中取静，晚上睡觉一点都不吵，睡得很好，前台小姐姐服务也超级好，走之前还给我送了小礼物。下次还会来

酒店的一个整体环境是挺不错的，跟平常的商务酒店会有一些区别，随处可见的绿植，看得出来店家是非常用心在设计，有机器人无接触式服务，还可以帮忙免费洗衣服，退房时间也可以延迟到下午的两点，管家服务态度很好，24小时在线，整体的一个入住感受也很不错，而且楼下就是地铁站，出行比较方便，在酒店住了两天，每天都会打扫卫生。

房间入住的很好，装修风格很别致，楼下是??地铁站还挺方便的，周边吃东西的也很多，管家77解决问题的速度很快，回应也很快，智能化的酒店??，卫生间和浴室干湿分离，进去楼层必须要刷房卡，很安全，房卡准备的也是两张，总之～给服务点赞??

这次入住真的让人惊喜满满！酒店位置极佳，交通便利却丝毫不喧闹。前台服务热情专业，快速办理入住后还贴心升级了房型。房间宽敞明亮，落地窗视野绝美，床品柔软舒适得像睡在云朵里，一夜好眠到天亮。卫浴干湿分离，五星级标准的洗漱用品用着特别安心。
早餐种类丰富，中西结合还有本地特色小吃，咖啡香醇值得点赞。健身房设施新、泳池人少干净，体验感拉满。细节处处见真心：夜床服务、免费迷你吧、快速响应的客房服务…性价比超高，绝对物超所值！已经推荐给朋友，下次一定会再选择这里！
