这个酒店的入住体验很棒，首先前台接待热情周到，服务很好。其次入住的大床房非常乾净宽敞整洁，房间布置很好，有大电视，有茶具，水也给得很多，还有小冰箱和沙发也很棒。
停车也很方便，无需担心停车位不足的问题。
临近退房时申请的延时一点退房前台那边也安排到位，总体评价很棒，下次来还会选择入住的酒店。

2026年的第一份感动，是全季酒店（广州上下九步行街陈家祠店）给的！1月7日，我独自休假到广州游玩，因为朋友住处离这家店很近，便在携程上订了房间。本以为只是一次寻常的入住，却没想到收获了意料之外的温暖。1月8日，突如其来的工作打乱了我的行程，忙到中午才惊觉忘了续房。我赶紧联系酒店前台説明续住的需求，同时也微信找到了前一天帮我办理入住的小姐姐。
得知我因为处理工作不方便下楼，小姐姐默默帮我协调前台值班的工作人员，专程带着笔记本电脑到房间门口为我办理续住手续。更贴心的是，她还主动帮我查看各种优惠价格。作为同样从事服务行业的人，我太懂这份主动和贴心有多难得。回顾2025 年，我走过很多城市，住过希尔顿、万豪、佰翔等不少品牌酒店，在我以往的认知里，选酒店无非是图办理快捷、设施舒适安全、交通便利，从未奢望过能在酒店感受到这般关怀。
这两位小姐姐的服务，没有轰轰烈烈的噱头，却胜在细致入微的真诚。从主动协调上门服务，到贴心帮查优惠，每一个小细节都让人觉得无比暖心。
真心感谢这两位热心的小姐姐，也感谢全季酒店培养出这么优秀的员工！下次来广州，我一定还选这家店，也会把它推荐给身边每一个来广州游玩的朋友！希望酒店越来越好，这样的暖心服务能被更多人看见！

We had a great stay in this Ji hotel, the front desk staffs were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the janitor was very thoughtful of when to make up room and supplying enough bottle water for hydration. Breakfast was good, the size of bowl noodle is too big, will be great if they can reduce by half so that we got to try more variety.

The service was great, thanks to the hotel staff for extending the check out hours. Also great that that’s free laundry and location is excellent. Unfortunately the hot water takes too long to heat up, the room freshener is too strong, and the room is smaller than I thought. Also not convenient for non-Chinese speaking travellers due to the sound controlled system; just take awhile to find the switches and controller. Still recommended if these are not a concern

必须表扬！充电宝遗落酒店，前台小姐姐处理得非常专业：先确认物品、沟通邮寄方式，还细心提醒我查收快递。整个过程让人安心、省心。体现了酒店管理的优秀水准。

服务员基本上有求必应。我选的是豪华大床房，拿到的房间是901。房间没有异味，也打扫得很乾净。附近是龙津路，有好吃的肠粉和煲仔饭。距离陈家祠大概1km的样子。

完全可以放心入住.客服大使们很亲切很有耐心非常愿意协助我们外国顾客?? 提早询问酒店他们都有提供签收包裹服务. 也不需要自己去找包裹. 只是需要提供照片.前台客服员就帮找 完全不怕遗漏 ???????? 房间非常乾净空间很大 虽然是新开也没有异味. 非常推荐大马人入住 附近很多美食街. 下次肯定会再入住.
