酒店位置很好，去机场非常方便。房间宽敞明亮、乾净舒适，设施很好。前台的服务很周到热情，旁边就有一家京东打印店，前台还免费帮我去复印了文件资料，非常不错。下次还会来。

这次入住体验整体非常棒，尤其要大力称赞酒店的早餐！起得晚，快10点才到大堂，本以为会错过不少品种。但令人惊喜的是，所有餐食依然供应齐全，而且都是热的，味道也保持得很好。这个细节真的超乎预期，体现了酒店出色的服务和管理。绝对值得推荐！

大堂的小姐姐们格外亲切，服务周到。客房整洁明亮，衞生无可挑剔，淡雅的香薰让人倍感放松。机器人送物服务智能又安全，很是方便。退房时还收到了精心准备的伴手礼，从始至终都感受到了酒店的用心，是一次超出预期的美好体验。

这次来广州见见朋友，所以对位置有一定要求，尽量都选在珠江新城这边，但对於看风景没什麽要求，因为我大多数时间都在外面。这个酒店第一次住，服务给100分，前台非常热情亲切，而且连住的两晚都给我做了免费升级，还送了我早餐。服务这块真的是管理层做到位了，专业且有人情味儿??不久的将来这个酒店品牌应该会火速蔓延全国。希望服务可以保持！
设施：这家很新应该是新开没多久的，周边环境非常僻静，但是离市中心又蛮近的，打车到珠江新城这边才20不到，坐地铁的话要骑五分钟共享，坐一站就到洗村了，再骑5-7分钟到天河广场。我住的两天都蛮舒服的，因为很安静，每个客房都有一个很大的独立门，不知道是不是做了降噪处理，隔壁哪怕有客人也听不见什麽声音，也可能是客人素质都比较高。（对高空看景色的客人就没啥可提供的建议了，周边都是工地和写字楼，酒店特色偏快捷商务，而且我认为安静和睡眠品质更重要一些）

Excellent Stay at Huankai Hotel Pazhou
I had a wonderful experience at Huankai Hotel Pazhou. The service was attentive and professional throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, modern, and clearly well maintained. Everything feels new and thoughtfully designed.
The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, offering great comfort after a long day at the Canton Fair. The location is also a big plus, just a short distance from the exhibition center, which made it very convenient.
Overall, it is a stylish, comfortable, and well managed hotel that I would gladly choose again for future visits to Guangzhou.
