位置离火车站很近，房间的水是这色，5楼的服务员说谁家的水刚放出来都是这样的浑?？？无语=_=态度还不好。后来前台给换了几个房间，卫生都好差，三百多的卫生这样？真的太差了。

提前一天定好并且支付完成全款的房间，在办理入住时，被告知没有房间了。询问原因说是工作人员失误，当时整个酒店的房间都满了，过了一会“幸运”的我遇到一个退房的，然后被安排入住这个刚刚退的房间。前台向客房部打电话，沟通打扫房间，听到对讲机里传来，半小时打扫不完，这屋像“水帘洞似的”，呵呵哒，前台怕影响不好，让我去房间门口等着，于是就有了下面的照片，客房工作人员和保安大哥一起打扫。

这次是去漠河，哈尔滨中转，定的哈尔滨站旁边的丽枫，到了之后主动给我们升级为有窗户的房间，谢谢前台小哥哥，服务真不错，原本一点退房，有因为上午出去玩了，有跟前台说如果一点没回来，就帮我们退房就行了，东西都收拾好了，然后快两点的时候给我们打电话说给我们延长了一小时（虽然没用上，但是非常感谢），在此，给工作人员大大的赞，配套设施都不错，很干净

这家酒店是我住过的酒店中，最用心经营的酒店，各种细节都表现得很温馨，洗澡房洗澡时有悠扬的音乐，房间设施很时尚，房间也挺大的床品也很好，下次来还是要选择住这家酒店。
