在网上预订的是高级大床房，到前台服务员说我定的是雅致大床房，她告诉我可以加钱升级房间，通过说明一再强调是我的错，后来通过核实，服务员没有承认错误，直接说：“那我就免费给你换个套房，缓解一下你的情绪好吧？“”这次的体验是不愉快的，虽然客服经理后来免费升级房间，还送了茶叶，但是，服务工作不是这么做的，不要等到客户问题发生了再补救！
