给人最深的印象是有温度的服务和设施。最喜欢大堂的书吧，可以免费借书，还书都靠自觉，服务员看到有孩子在看书，还会贴心的送上薯片，小孩很开心，酒店有免费洗衣烘干的服务，可以对付广州潮湿的天气，早餐种类不多但够吃。

酒店离最近的地铁站体育西路站走路15分钟左右 带孩子有行李 建议打个的 起步价，去广州塔三站路 比较方便，入住就送茶 服务相当好 房间小冰箱有饮料送 ，小孩子还贴心的送了小拖鞋和牙具 退房还送了两包薯片 哈 亚朵服务做的是好的 感谢

还不错卫生干净装修也还行，就是价格有点贵我住的是最便宜的房间了五百多，好的房间要七八百，小千把块住个一晚挺贵的吧也不是什么星级酒店，可能广州物价高所以价格也高吧

从艺龙上订了两天房间，我自己行程问题没顾得上取消，以前我订的酒店都会有住客未到联系。但是艺龙和亚朵都没有任何联系。沟通中发现亚朵酒店的服务意识奇差，基本就是这是你自己的原因，我们没有联系方式，也不会主动找艺龙反馈。而且一直说自己是满房入住，但是根本就不给看是否满房，到底都是你们说了算。而且全程沟通只有前台，没有任何主管层的出现。服务意识真是非常匮乏。。艺龙这面只能跟亚朵沟通，没有任何约束的机制。整体来说就是住客你要负责，那么有问题都是你的问题。。就如此来看，要么艺龙不约束，不为APP用户考虑，要么亚朵没有服务意识。。
