给父母订的房间，老人家行动不便，所以晚上我带着他们上酒店房间，告知他们哪些是免费赠饮，哪些是要出钱的饮料，老人家说他们只喜欢喝开水，就直接用自来水接着烧的开水。全程没动过酒店一瓶水。早上退房，打扫卫生服务员说我们开了一瓶水。就因为瓶口的盖子松了，老人家气的要死，说孩子叮嘱过我们的事情，我们连那个地方都没动过。服务员很果断的说我一下就能分辨哪些水是动过的。因为觉得空口无凭，所以不想多做争论，奉劝各位入住之前先给每样花钱的东西拍个照，指不定就被坑了。一瓶怡宝卖10块，关键是老人家气的觉得不可理喻！我拿着怡宝让前台把她扔了（前台人还是挺好的），万一服务员又拿着这个去坑人呢？当然，我不知道服务员是不是上一个住客把这瓶水拧开了而没有察觉，所以故意这样。反正这么多年住酒店，第一次出现这种事情。不可理喻！价格是外面的五倍！早知道我就索要凭证，去物价局投诉！各位入住之前请仔细检查！！！

还算可以 服务比较好 可能酒店比较老了 设施什么的 差了些儿 但是这个价钱真的还是不错的 性价比比较高 如果冬天到广州还是选可以开暖空调的房间吧 这个标间没有暖空调 比较冷 给加了被子

性价比给的比较低 二月四号入住 已经是冬天了 但是酒店的空调不制暖 给我们多加了两床被子 但是 还是不暖和 除了这个其他都还算满意
