The location is very good less than 10 minutes walk to the metro and surrounded by restaurants serving good Cantonese cuisine. You have both expensive and affordable eateries. The hotel cleaning staff is very helpful and go the extra mile to help my wife with the luggage to the ground floor front desk upon checking out. The front desk or reception staff especially the young ladies are also helpful and approachable. The hotel room is clean, bathroom is cleaned daily and the shower pressure is very good, only the exception is the flushing system of the toilet bowl which is not powerful enough. On balance this hotel gives value for money.

衞生乾净整洁，还免费升级房型，真的很不错！服务非常的好！也很有耐心！真真宠物友好酒店，太适合我们携宠出行的了，推荐！地理位置也很好，在居民区附近，应有尽有，闹中取静，还有免费停车位，在后麪拐进去，非常方便！对于出门游玩的我们来説又乾净又便捷简直不要太满意了！！！

客房：各处陈旧不堪，被套有破洞。没小冰箱。马桶非智能。苹果手机无法投屏。房间有些异味。
走廊与电梯：如果住的是二楼，还得搭电梯到三楼再步行到二楼，像逛小迷宫一样。二楼的走廊还有阿姨在煮饭洗衣，今天我还看到有人在走廊住芋头，一股很浓郁的城中村的生活气味。走廊的地毯好像文物一样老旧。
洗衣房和健身房：它们是在一起的！里面没空调，还放有两台冰箱，里面摆着各种生肉生菜，不知道的还以为是谁家的厨房。只有两台洗衣机和烘乾机，但烘乾机用了两小时都无法完全烘乾，辣鸡中的辣鸡，我想不出谁会在这种房间健身。
服务态度：唯一的优点，能凌晨六点入住，还帮我打扫了一次房间，被套和毛巾等用品也帮忙换了一次。等于住了两晚吧。
总结：近400的价格，不要説全季，也不要説汉庭，就连华住旗下的新海友都比不过。第一次住那么垃圾的连锁，上一次还是2018年开的丽枫，两次最差的连锁体验都属于你们家。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The interior design is beautiful and stylish, and everything was very clean. The bed was soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. One unique feature I really liked was the music in the bathroom – it made the experience even more relaxing.
However, getting to the breakfast area was a bit inconvenient, and the breakfast itself mainly consisted of Chinese dishes. It would be great if there were more variety or some international options.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would consider coming back again!

The manager speaks english well made our stay pretty easy. The lobby staffs are very helpful. The hotel is located near undergrounds and restaurants are all around. Lovely neighborhood.
