這酒店前台服务很好，我本是訂錯了一間双床房，跟前台說幫我改一間大床房，他就幫我改了。
到了晚上我因飲多了一些酒，對登記程序有些不耐烦，對前台的一位女服說了一些粗言，她还在耐心为我服务，在這跟她說句對不起！

住过这家酒店好几次了！每次出差来广州都首选这家酒店！离三元里地铁很近，滴滴打车也方便，在酒店门口就能直接上车。步行个五分钟就有个全天 24 小时的麦当劳，不怕饿着啦！酒店现在翻新了，整体都比以前住的时候还来得更好。柜台前的小姐姐们都漂亮，还很有礼貌！服务赞！

国庆放假带孩子到广州玩，孩子小怕累，所以选酒店第一要素就是交通和餐饮方便，酒店安静卫生安全。实际入住后，证实了我的选择非常明智。第一，柏曼酒店位于三元里地铁站不到30米，去哪都近。第二，楼下有银记肠粉，一点点奶茶等知名餐厅，吃饱没问题。第三，柏曼2019年装修好的，所以硬件设施和装修风格都先进潮流。床上用品崭新干净，洗漱用品是桔花味的好用又好闻，最棒的就是洗浴龙头出水大热水快，白天出去玩一天累回来，一洗澡全身放松舒服，特别安逸。值得推荐给大家。
