在偶然的情况下住到这间酒店
先说优点。
地段非常好，在大商场旁边。
有充足停车位。
酒店也非常新，礼宾部看得出服务也有标准流程。
但是在一些地方和设计就不停告诉我这酒店离五星有距离。
第一，他的温度就算调节到最高体感温度也只能够到达22至23度，洗完澡后会倍感寒冷。
第二，房间内没有任何餐具，用具或者水杯在迷你吧内，也没有冰桶，?如果晚上你想吃东西或者喝酒是完全没有办法。
第三，这个马桶看起来先进，他是自己不能够自己打开的要手动，更加没有任何明显嘅按键可以冲水。
第四，床边的床头柜的设计令她更难放置物品和手机，很容易从旁边的柜滑下地上。
第五，在各地旅游，我也很少看见雪柜内没有任何饮料，假设半夜想喝任何东西，我估计也要致电让他们送上来。
第六，也是最严重的床头上的窗帘是漏光的，一早就会有阳光打在自己的面上，你根本不能够在上午或者下午睡觉；窗帘也是手动的，这样就跟他这个酒店的定位匹配不上。
我估计设计这个酒店的设计人员真的没有用心去估计客人住下会遇到什么问题。

不像同等价位的酒店把钱花在华而不实的大堂和建筑外立面，这个酒店把钱花在了房间里，真正提升住客居住舒适度，床很舒服，是智能马桶，美中不足就是厕所有一点点烟味，其他没什么问题，下次还会再住

房间环境很不错，且包了早餐和午餐。地位置靠近万达广场，地铁站。购物岀行方便。忘了説房间提供浴缸，泡一下很舒服。

来增城玩，提高旅行品质的一家酒店，希尔顿作为一家连锁酒店，服务态度自然是没得説，感觉很好，而且因为房间的空调是新风系统，我们感觉很热，跟前台反应之后，前台就拿了一台冷风机过来，解决速度很快

酒店在万达旁边，环境很赞，房间宽敞且布局合理，累了有沙发躺，书桌工作也方便，还有浴缸??酒店好像有泳池，一楼有酒吧餐厅，早餐也很丰盛，满意

Came her for a place to unwind after Canton fair
A bit far but I came with family so I wanted maximum confort for my wife and daughter since the won't attend the fait with me everyday.
Very western in service style which I didn't enjoy as much I love to enjoy the culture so I won't be extending but nice for a Portia who doesn't travel much and wants to feel like home.

酒店位置很好，增城中心区，不远处有地铁站。
国庆黄金周难得没怎么涨价！值得点赞！
订的是酒店套餐，含船票，去了坐船，就是天气太热了。

这是一家定位高端的商务度假酒店，总体体验令人满意。最值得称赞的是其服务，从礼宾到客房服务，员工都训练有素，响应及时。
美中不足的是，洗衣服务有待提高哦，洗衣房没有设定，然后洗衣需要收费，有点不太合理哦，总体来説，这次入住物有所值，尤其推荐给注重服务质量的商务旅客。
