酒店是翻新来，但是店内很多设施是旧的，当晚定的是双床房，但是是去到已经没有了，最后给我们升级了，房内被子没有消毒好，有螨虫，睡醒以后被咬有起码12个大包，打电话去客房部没有人过来，后来打到前台才有人过来，最后最差的就是忘记拿书包，打第一个电话讲客房没有找到书包，打第二个电话讲再去检查都没有，还答应查看录像，打了3个电话后才帮我查录像，就讲书包放在被子里，真是可笑，因为第一第二通电话都表示了清理干净房间了，怎么就没有，到我讲到报警才有，管理很有问题！
