订的大床房，前台还试图用床更大来诱导我换双床房，见我不同意，说给你升级套房，还要我五分好评，此刻还在前台，房卡都没给我要我好评。。。进入房间后发现是个不规则的房间，住着怪怪的，老公也说做一晚上噩梦。枕头高度没有20公分也有15公分，床软得。。。。总之第二天起来脖子痛腰痛。
