国庆出游因曾住过同在正佳金殿大楼里的维福顿公寓颇有好感，在那没房源的情况下订的易成公寓，几点感受一、所处位置佳。广州天河区，广百、天河城、正佳广场步行几分钟可到；二、房间装修风格与维福顿公寓一样只是不同的公司管理，管理上维福顿更好；三、所住房间设施待维修的不少。

地理位置不错，就在正佳广场附近。总体格局还是ok的，自己还算满意。麻烦就是，住在24楼，要到23楼换乘，没有直达电梯。而且我住的那间房间，人需要拿卡感应才能关门，如果一大早自己要出门，朋友还在睡，这就很尴尬了啊。还有一个细节就是热水器，冷热相互调节，用久了关闭时很烫手。
