定了房没有入住，环境就不清楚了，吐槽一下是很不负责，我是先预定，然后由于离机场太远所以在商家还没有确定订单之前就在取消订单。然后拖了很久订单就不能取消，房费就退不了，找同程客服更是各种理由，把所有问题都推到我自己身上。我还是同程的金卡会员，感觉被欺骗，绑架消费那种，最后提醒个位订酒店前要慎重。同程也要慎重用！
