非常老旧的宾馆，胜在地理位置好，如果是预算有限又想住的地方逛街购物方便的话，是个不错的选择，楼下就有海门鱼仔店（正宗潮菜），步行3分钟有地铁站，距离北京路步行街也很近。但是缺点也是很明显，卫生及设施都很一般。
