住过的酒店里，是最差的体验，没有之一！当天晚上11点半左右下单并付款156块钱，并且收到了艺龙网的确认信息显示酒店已确认房间。于是我两口子带着孩子冒着雨走了近半小时终于到了酒店，可是这时才收到艺龙的信息，酒店拒绝定单，并且关闭了定单。我找前台沟通，那个前台服务不知有多差，压根沟通不了，也不管我带着孩子走了半小时路的坚辛，让我补100元才让住。我很生气，如果真的沒房你应该在第一时间拒绝定单，为什么半小时后才拒绝，我人都走到酒店门口了，明明就是酒店和艺龙之间的问题。
在前台和他沟通半小时无果，一副獭皮狗的模样，我让他打电话和艺龙沟通这事，他也不肯，最后我自己打了个电话给艺龙客服，客服马上帮我解决问题，让我在前台补交100元，后期给我报销，这才住上房间，弄好都一点多了，大家看看，这样的店还敢去住吗？大家看图，房子里到处漏水，全是霉点，酒店周边环境也差，在菜市场边上。奉劝大家不要上当！最后一定要说一下，那个无獭的前台是个姓袁的，姓袁的，姓袁的，重要的事情说3遍！
