好：周边吃饭方便，停车方便，前台态度好，房间设施新，不收房押金
坏：不知道楼上还是楼下是室内场地，晚上有人测试麦克风，白天一早在进行洗脑活动，嘿嘿呸呸的叫，十一点半不到有服务员敲门问是否续住。睡不好，感知也不好。
