退房时没有任何提示莫名多收了我10元，还好仔细看了下消费单，说是我在房间里喝了瓶啤酒，可房间里根本就没有啤酒，虽然只有10块钱但这笔费用到底怎么回事酒店心里最清楚。另外，已经离店到现在两天过去，在艺龙上连入住确认都没有，办事效率只能呵呵。
