酒店是日式风格，布置舒适美观，免费无限提供矿泉水，还可免费帮助客人打印资料。咨询附近就餐地点工作人员也非常热情。客房送物品的机器人也是非常可爱，儿子第一次见特别兴奋，不错的体验。还有专门的儿童牙刷🪥，拖鞋提供。赞👍

酒店离地铁站有点远，走走将近1公里，但是各种公交很近，去长隆和广州塔都方便。全季一如既往的干净，方便，充电口充足，就是空调有点过于给力了。
入住时说想安排能看到珠江的房间就帮忙升级了商务房，感谢！但22层依然被前面的华美达给挡了一部分视线，好在珠江和广州塔还算都能看到一部分。总体还是次不错的入住体验，如果离地铁再近一点就更好啦！

去美国领事馆绿卡面签。这里步行过去很方便。前台的服务非常耐心细致。原本定的高级大床房，给升级了零压大床房，，，房间干净，整洁，舒适，，，退房时间也给延后了一个多小时。在此，非常感谢全季酒店的周到，细致的服务。下次再来一定还会选择全季酒店!!!
