确实是非常靠近地铁站，出行很方面。看得出酒店是想走精品酒店风格，不过档次上和细节上还是没有办法做到水平。房间很小，不过适合商务出行一个人自己住的，在携程上订很贵，门店前台做会员卡的话很便宜，每间居然可以便宜70块钱。但是我已经在携程付款了，前台却说没有，于是让我交钱做会员卡可以享受低价，出发点是好的，但是最后查实是已经付款了，会员卡白做了，居然不给退！不给退！说是公司规定不给退！这不是骗人么！！！

酒店服务特别好！一进去确认房间的时候还送上茶水和热毛巾，很贴心！房间很大，床铺也大，好干净。被子被子都很舒服，睡的非常好而且房间很智能。房卡一插窗帘自动开！衣柜一开里面灯也自动开！下次去广州玩还会住这里！特别是楼下非常多美食。交通很便利！特别好！

新开张的连锁酒店，酒店尚不完善，如发票不能开需后补，这对于出差的非常不便，前台服务生虽态度很好但业务生疏。

收到确认短信后，直接去店里，到店后告知无房，携程欺诈消费者，事后没有任何歉意，把房费退了想解决问题，太流氓！

酒店门面很靠里，不太好找。设施很新，很不错。因为预知要较晚才到酒店，就在网上提前付款了，结果大晚上赶到酒店竟然说没有房间了，过了保留期，让我在网上取消订单，真有一种凄凉荒谬愤怒的感觉，经过跟前台交涉，同意免费升级到其它房型，不过还是有种被抛弃的感觉。大半夜的把客人往大街上赶，明明预付过了的。
次日结账又说没有发票纸，要下次寄发票，晕倒啊。
这家酒店在多地城市住过，感觉相当好，到了广州就变天了。。。。
