10点多订的酒店 钱付了 跟前台说 她们说没有我的订单 我这边已经显示酒店确认了 然后前台说 网上订的大概要等10分钟左右 那我去等了大概20分钟左右 跟我说还没有订单 我说不可能 我订单的详情都有 我说你们再找找 我在微信上面订的 看看是不是被分销到其它网站 或许其原因 叫她们酒店这边自己看看 或者打电话给她们经理问问 。 她们说你在哪个网站上面订的你自己打电话联系哪个网站 在里面找了一圈没有找到电话 我说 那你们今天一天没有显示订单那我们今天就一直在这里等吗。另一个妹子说 叫我自己打电话给她们店长 我打电话给她们店长。店长说有看到我们的订单 顿时我就无语 反正前台不是在和另外一个客人说话就是打电话 丝毫不怎么愿意搭理我们 我跟她们说 我手机快没电了 叫她们那边自己找找什么原因。在那里耗了半个多小时结果还是我打电话给他们店长。我事后我问她们订单在哪里找到的 和我说 订单被她们店长截了 没有告诉她们 她们不知道。试问 那么大一个连锁酒店 以服务客人为遵旨 那这件事到底是店长问题还是前台？为什么出了问题还要客人自己解决？如果我今天没有给她们店长打电话是不是现在还在前台等着？
