我投诉3次，我房间的矿泉水被打开喝过，房间电视看不了，电水壶里有水，所有问题全部往外推，跟酒店一点关系也没有，竟然没人理我茬，去前台投诉，经理就在里面座的，当做没听见，您的4.8分从哪来的，网站你的监管到位了吗？以后你携程评分我还能相信吗？

卫生还算是干净整洁，自动窗帘也很高科技，我提几点需要提高的：1、被子潮湿 2、冷热水太难调节，掌控 3、隔音太差 4、大堂，走廊全都没有空调 5、淋浴音乐看上去很高科技但是不能用 6、电视频道居然没有体育台
