差评！11月30日下午办理入住，前台一广东小姐服务态度较差，说没查到预定信息，不知艺龙和酒店哪出了问题。接着给我按排影月楼—6104房，进门一股湿霉气味墙上大量霉斑。后就给从一楼调换为二栋6204的房间，稍为干燥些，阳台破败不堪，偏织椅没了座面，栏杆漆脱落，一地枯叶还180元，80元旳私人宾馆都比它强。一问wifi，回答这楼没装。这破房子环保意识挺强，不提供牙具。没把订单当事，找个房间打发了事。

本来订了清逸楼，后给我们升级到翠逸楼，房间大，床大舒服，还有晾衣服的架子。离广州这么近有这么多树的山庄非常好，周围食肆多很方便。就是4202房的洗手间始终有股臭味消不掉，其他房间没有。
