酒店非常便利，二楼就有饭店。点外卖也很快，很多选择，而且都是机器人直接派送，特别安全，体验也很新鲜。入住体验超乎想象，酒店环境优美，地理位置优越，交通便捷。房间宽敞舒适，设施先进且人性化，衞生乾净。服务人员小朱和remy热情周到，乐于助人。总体来説，这是一次非常愉快且难忘的入住体强烈推荐体验，入住此酒店，尽享舒适与便利!

下飞机白云机场过去不是特别远
酒店环境不错，Remy和小朱这两位工作人员很热情啊，服务态度特别棒，有什么问题可随时联系管家，而且衞生阿姨搞的很乾净，房间还配备了啫喱水、卸粧水、洗面奶等等，应有尽有，非常齐全，整体住的还不错呢。

It's a very nice hotel, but the location is far away and isolated from any restaurant or shop. It's OK if you have a car. Chinese Breakfast was good. Room is nice

This is the most reassuring hotel experience I've ever had in China!
On my first day, the front desk staff Grace heard that I was overcharged 4 times the normal taxi fare. She communicated with me patiently taught me how to use ride-hailing apps. When I took another taxi later, the front desk proactively confirmed the fare calculation with the driver, giving me complete peace of mind about pricing.
During check-in, staff member, clearly explained all hotel facilities, operating hours, breakfast times, and even carried my luggage to the room while demonstrating room amenities. I was deeply touched when they offered to wash and dry my clothes for me—completely free of charge!
Every staff member was exceptionally polite and professional. The hotel offers incredible value for money, and through this experience, I truly felt the warm hospitality that Chinese culture is famous for." We had a wonderful stay. I will recommend the hotel online. We really appreciate all your help to make our stay the best. We felt as we were at home?with?you?all. For that reason we would like to come back the next time with the rest of my family, to enjoy the wonders of China

🔔服务：来到前台，小培就很快的询问了我的预定信息，办理速度很快，还很热情，还有客服小植给我倒了杯热茶递上了热毛巾给我擦手，好贴心的服务啊，进到房间还准备了水果，洗漱台还配备了卸妆水，润肤乳，对于一个出门忘记带这些东西的女孩子来说，真的太贴心了。
🍃环境：酒店在一个园区内，非常安静，很适合居住，睡眠质量好。
🚗 交通：酒店附近还靠近地铁站，去万达广场也就10分钟左右。
🧹卫生：房间卫生也干净整洁。
