设施、服务、卫生给了1星最低分，位置4星，性价比3星。先说设施跟卫生这些硬件，一家人订了3晚2间双床房，拍了大堂，走廊跟房间内给大家参考下，我们从9楼住到7楼，最后搬到6楼，换房间出现的问题有空调坏了；房门铰链下坠影响开启；无窗房房间有油漆味，向前台提出换房，交涉无果，竟然以“怎么刚进去不说有味道，你弄乱房间换房要收清洁费”为由显示拒绝我们，随后安排了个貌似水电工程的人员进我们房闻了下，承认有异味才同意我们换房的申请；7楼有一侧走廊也有异味，空气有点闷；睡床位置有点高，床背的图案很硌肩背，临睡前靠着玩手机很难受；只配一张房卡不方便出差办公跟开空调晾衣服，出门拔掉房卡整个房间就断电；值早班的前台接待办事利索，一行四个人就拿了下单那两个身份证登记就给入住，夜班有个妞*事特多，说收清洁费就她，不会讲广东话，两间房四个人非要登记全部人证件才给早餐票，**给了钱的！你这么拽干脆在电梯口拦着不给人上去啊！提前一晚要第二天早上出车的停车票也不行，让我睡醒了再下去开票，***！1楼西餐厅早餐7点到10点。酒店在天府路，往北是中山大道往南是黄埔大道，隔壁是天河区府跟天河公园，门前有B8跟夜36线公交经过
