到店后升级了行政套房，房间是相当之大，设施、卫生是一塌糊涂，单说马桶……还是不说了……看图就能明白……洗漱用品……牙刷也没有……只有梳子……敢情住你们酒店都是不用刷牙的……
服务更差，拿了很多行李，大堂经理看几眼然后走开……要求延迟退房，前台态度恶劣，说超过2点就扣房费，接着1点43分，服务人员直接刷房卡长驱直入……
就这样的服务和品质，还好意思是五星……
