来过广州很多次了，住过粤海喜来登、天河希尔顿、外商大酒店、国德大酒店，这次在台风暴雨中匆忙入住总统大酒店，客观说有前台接待迟缓、门前拥堵嘈杂等现象，但在房间整洁度、布草、洗漱用品、服务保洁水准等方面仍体现出一家老牌酒店经营风格的厚重和大气！希望酒店生意兴隆！
