看着差评心是悬着的，但亲自入住后突然觉得喷子实在多。办理入住的时候，前台非常热情，因我们是夫妻入住，想换大床，前台直接换了大床，赠了Welcome fruit、延迟了退房时间，服务是非常好的了。酒店有专属的停车场，停车免费。对于酒店自助餐我们都很满意，种类齐全味道也不错，唯一不足的是房间设施确实比较老了，但很干净，布置很温馨，各条线服务到位，赞！

前台帅哥美女服务态度都很棒，办入住的时候刚好接了个电话，通话大概有好几分钟，前台服务员一直耐心等待我。礼宾服务也比较贴心，替客人想的周到，我有网购快递，他们会及早通知我快递状态。酒店自助餐品种挺丰富的，房间虽然有点旧，但干净整洁，床垫软硬适中，相当舒服。酒店位置非常好，旁边就是地铁口，去机场、广州塔、长隆动物园3号线直达。酒店四周都是商场，逛街吃饭买东西出门就可以应有尽有，非常方便
