孩子7月24日下午误操作点了这个酒店的预订并且付款。原本没有来广州的安排，而且当时酒店245元，孩子不懂，按照261付款，当日下午手机接到入住酒店信息，第一时间和艺龙联系申请退房，结果艺龙与酒店沟通，酒店不予退款！！！不在乎10几块钱的房费，就想看看到底是个什么样的酒店怎么这么NB，对艺龙同样的失望！7月31日订机票从哈尔滨带孩子来入住，公寓里面潮湿，墙壁都是水渍，厕所堵塞，卫生间水龙头无法固定，沙发上污渍连连…最重要的一点是，房间的床单被罩明显不是新换洗干净的！！本人不是一个爱挑剔的人，不知道是因为我曾经退款故意安排一间这样的房间，还是所有的房间都如此。我入住的是5栋416房间。

酒店卫生真心脏，但是地点很方便！楼下吃饭、便利店都不错！房间卫生有待提高！！春节期间长隆的接送车也停了，心伤啊！
