The room was very clean and comfortable. The service from the staff was good and welcoming. The room came with all the basic amenities and had reliable hot water. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport, which made it perfect for our transit stay. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

出行方便，工作人员服务好，帮忙升级的房间。比较大的房间，空间还好，有免费的宵夜，设计感强，出行方便，位置便利，服务好，非常敬业，设计感强，非常的完美。这个价格四星的挺不错

房间隔音很差，外面的飞机引擎声都没走廊外面的大，Wi-Fi也差，连接了就断开或者是无网络连接，打电话前台后叫了工程部上来维修，重启路由器后以为可以了，不出意外几分钟又用不了了，寻找了携程客服帮助，前台説更换房间需要加收30的房间清洁费用，我请问呢？最后给我安了个Wi-Fi在桌子上…酒店的设施有问题我需要更换房间还要消费者自己承担这个费用。房间的热水24小时提供也没有像其他评价那样差，前台服务很糟糕，太差劲了，明明有两个空闲人在前台右边办公室里麪打闹都不出来帮忙办理入住，让我在前台拿着证件等了好一会才帮我办理的入住，酒店培训完全不到位。投屏模糊，酒店客房的冰箱也是个摆设，插上电我靠比外面飞机的引擎声还大纯逆天……

每30分钟一班车来回机场T1和T2，非常方便。亲子房的玩具孩子很喜欢，还有个大浴缸，房间床也很大，很舒适。酒店后面走去10分钟就到一个村，超市餐厅都很多选择，价格也很便宜。

广州白云机场的早班飞机，选择在这里过夜，非常方便特别满意。酒店设施设备健全，地库停车场很大。酒店有大巴/中巴专车送达白云机场（半小时一班），乘车地点就在酒店大堂门口；接机也有专车，联系酒店可知道上车位置。
