酒店感觉还可以，旁边就是地铁站，很方便，大堂也够四星，我们两对夫妻入住，订了两间豪华客房，满怀愉悦的入住，可刚开始前台实习生小妹妹，安排的是标准房，无语!里面设施很旧，影响了心情。后来找前台一小伙子，免费升级了11楼的行政套房，那层楼的房间里面是重新装修过，浴缸和一些其它设施是新的，马上心情变好，给小伙子一个赞。

装饰陈旧！地毡太烂了，墙纸脱落。还是行政豪华房呢。后加70元升级珀丽房卫生间稍好些，其余一样陈旧！可能五佰元下的价格是这档次的？还标旁4星？有损4星标准！应该降级了！

酒店位置很好，昌岗地铁口一分钟，广州南站过来半小时直达。
酒店视野很好。
服务佳，办理入住手续，我订的客房还没有空房，工作人员直接帮我办理了升级服务。

酒店环境大气优雅，每次一个人去广州都住的这家酒店??，我一个女孩子，感觉这里很安全，也有种回家的感觉，客房服务人员态度也很好，还送了水果??，地理位置也很方便，出门就是地铁口，打车也超级方便，能开到酒店大厅门口，酒店服务人员还帮忙搬行李，体验很好哦！就是忘记拍酒店美美哒照片，下次补上
