第一次住星级酒店还是新酒店感觉还可以 服务好 前台小姐姐服务挺好 酒店环境简约大方 还有水果送 交通方便地铁站很近打滴滴好打 购物方便大润发来又来挺近的 房间环境不错东西齐全

可以给0分一点不想一分，大半夜才入住，服务员水平很生硬，不像大酒店的作风，广州晚上现在十度，居然水不热，叫服务员过来看，也没有解决，说是电加热，这种酒店居然用电，能热吗？冷的要死的天气居然没有热水，没办法只能睡觉，那个空调轰炸声简直吵死人，没有窗户的房间不敢开空调相信有多闷，新装修味道也很大，感觉吸了好多甲醛，早上更火大，一到早那个装修开始轰炸，来，大家听下，没装修好就不要开业，一边装修一边开业想想客户多惨，能睡觉吗？好吧，更疯狂的是睡着睡着不知道谁拿门卡滴进来，吓死人，这个酒店管理很差，硬件很差，永远不想再住
