首先我是7月28晚入住酒店的 对外宣称是温德姆集团旗下的精品酒店 我订的是929人民币行政江景大床房 进到房间第一感觉就是房间面积极其的小 卫生间沐浴空间只有一块地板砖的面积 当时我对酒店挂牌房型有所质疑 所以随机下楼要求观看其它房型以作对比 与酒店当班负责人自称副总（张硕）交流期间非常不愉快 得到的答复是贵酒店挂牌上线艺龙的房型面积计算方法是根据每个房型都不一样 意思不就是贵酒店想报多少平米就可以随便挂牌宣称吗 这点我再次和张副总再次确认 得到的答复是洲际酒店也是这么做的，直接和我说我们酒店卖的就是地段 我不知道张副总对地段是有什么误解 靠着天字码头 珠江边就可以作为酒店卖点 服务都不需要了吗请问。 我不知道张副总有没有接受过温德姆集团的培训 如果没有建议就近去深圳岗夏温德姆酒店参观学习一下 这个差旅费本人可以全程赞助 再者酒店楼层挑高精准的阐述精品这个词了（可参考本人1.78 伸手即可摸到走廊天花板）房间内窗帘电控按钮灵敏度极其慢 甚至有时失灵 最后说一下早餐吧 如图所示一眼看完 却是很精品 唯一一点遗憾 酒店名字没有加上精品两字

江景很美 房间不大 很高档，附近有家鼓油鸡 排队买 很滑很香。br楼下有星巴克 只是停车位不足。
