服务态度很好，房间不大，但装修比较新，设施良好，江景房能看到江景。酒店位置绝佳，就在天字码头旁，手机预订好夜游珠江船票，下楼过马路即到。餐厅略小，早餐选择不多，不过比较精致，咖啡是现磨咖啡机磨好放壶里的。

房间景色还不错，就是一个高档酒店连拖鞋都没有，后来补拖鞋还要根据入住人数补，真是无语，男单两双拖鞋不是标配吗？

优势是刚装修完，总体上很新，基本的设备都具备。但由于刚开业，对于四星酒店，700-800左右的收费，很多人性化服务不具备，如其他枕头提供，没有小孩洗漱用品，拖鞋，1m以上小孩也要收早餐费，估计管理上会慢慢改进，另外，800以下房间相对四星酒店都较小。大家根据需要定，一个人商务休闲住还比较不错。

酒店设计的非常好，从各个细节能看出十分用心细致，飘窗边上的卡做和小茶桌很有情调，灯光搭配色调和谐，各种一次性用品的包装袋是有易撕拉口的，洗澡间和马桶间之间的推拉门设计很巧妙
