晚上11点办理入住时，就听到其他客人打前台电话，投诉太吵，当时不以为然。入住才发现房间隔音效果非常差，靠近高架，一夜算是大货车轰鸣声，楼上客人不知什么情况，感觉满屋子都是人，不睡觉，一直活动到下半夜，高跟鞋、走路、拉凳子声音，下面听的非常清楚，几乎一页没睡着。

设施：只能説重新装修以后是很宽敞 但是很多细节真的不太行 比如浴室没有防滑垫
服务：服务説实话真的就有点失望
首先入住停车 不是按住的时间来固定免费 每出去一次就要去前台登记一次 不是很方便
其次明明延长了退房时间到3点 12点门卡就用不到 得等人来开门
最后就是电梯遇到服务送水 都超重 还上 电梯都下沉了

这次入住体验超棒！酒店位置绝佳，出行便捷，周边美食购物一应俱全。房间宽敞明亮，床品柔软舒适，衞生打扫得一尘不染。前台服务热情周到，有求必应，还贴心推荐了当地景点。早餐种类丰富，中西式搭配合理，味道也很不错。下次来还会选择这里！

酒店服务还是不错的，就是房间隔音不怎么样，半夜对面数十次敲门串门声音不断，无法及时处理，降低了整体体验。
