设施老旧、服务差、服务员进入房间不敲门、直接开门就进来，而且一天多次发生；早餐只给20元餐券，要和喝早茶的一起抢，茶位加起点的几样点心就超标了，这样的烂酒店还住什么住！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

操作不灵活，通过艺龙预定的房间结果到最后也没有按照艺龙这个走，后期修改麻烦。

帮3位同事预定的，结果同事到了说没有他们的名字，查看艺龙订单，是已经被确认的状态。结果他们被前台订单的方式接受。后期让他们改的时候，结果说我的同事要住到8月6号，而我给订的是到8月7号，结果订单又给退了。由于行程无法确定，艺龙说在这样的情况下，可以选择最长入住。
这次很耽误时间，而且每次延长他们可不说订单不准了，就差一天他们就开始退单。操作太死板。其他酒店，即使我们提前退房，就是到最后返现反倒退房的那天。如果没有改进，会考虑其他酒店。
