晚上两点多才去开房，大家都好困了，但是真的被前台那位戴眼镜短头发的小姐姐服务气炸，请问你没有服务态度干嘛做服务行业？？？？其他都很好，还有就是1点半预定的时候是700多一间，去到问前台有艺龙的通知，那位前台看看电脑就跟我说没有收到，没收到我就取消再重新预定咯，后来负责接听话的同事才跟她说有收到艺龙传真，重新预定的时候房费升到900多一间了，呵 这位小姐就因为没仔细看看有没传真就回了我，两间房多了400多的差价，我都没骂人，怎么她的服务也不改一下？
